EZEKIEL YUAYA
Founder & Lead Consultant
Ezekiel is a career banker with more than 20 years’ lending experience cutting across Retail, Corporate and Investment banking. He has worked with entrepreneurs, societies, and corporates across the segments, and has delivered market-leading and regionally relevant solutions that have enhanced business success.
He has a track record of structuring successful transactions, risk underwriting, product development, conducting due diligence, undertaking feasibility studies, and capital raising. He is also a lead expert in PPP, PIIP and EPC+F transaction negotiations and structuring
JACOB KELLY
Partner – Finance and Business Operations
Kelly has served in the banking industry for 15 years, where he led the Origination team. Mr. Kelly Registered Exceptional achievements notably: Implementation of Lending Policy, Underwriting Standards and Central Bank Prudential Guidelines; Industry Research including industry delinquency and championed sharing of best practice within and without the wider Corporate & Business Banking Division.

I am SAP ERP certified and Google PMP certified with a proven track record of transforming specific business goals related to growth and efficiency improvements into new system designs. A knowledgeable innovator known for recommending new technologies to enhance existing systems and integrating A.I. tools creating new systems. Kevin has worked with Deloitte, ECOWAS, ECORYS UK, UNASDG, KPLC, KETRACO, and KAA, he is specialist in document origination.

Benard is a seasoned and academic strategist with more than 20 years’ experience, Providing Process Management, Lean Six Sigma Deployment, Strategy, Business Development, Capability development, Project management Consulting, and advisory services to various clients in East, Central, and Southern Africa. He is the recipient of the Clinton Global Development Program Class of 2020 Fellow, Commonwealth Scholarship Award and Bronze Medal Award 2019 – UKRI Digital Innovation for Development in Africa.
